ClaimFlow is a product of Grupoae LLC. All intellectual property rights in the ClaimFlow platform, including its software, design, methodology, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Grupoae LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this platform is prohibited.

2. No Professional Advice — User Responsibility

ClaimFlow is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. All outputs generated by this platform — including Time Impact Analysis reports, Extension of Time calculations, schedule narratives, Word documents, and any other content — are drafts for review only.

You, the user, are solely responsible for:

— Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data you upload (XER files, PDF reports, schedule data).
— Reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use in any claim, dispute, legal proceeding, or submission to any party.
— Ensuring that outputs comply with applicable contract terms, laws, and professional standards.
— Any decisions made based on ClaimFlow outputs.

3. AI-Generated Content

ClaimFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate schedule narratives and claim language. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All AI-generated text must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified construction professional before use. Grupoae LLC makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

4. Data & Confidentiality

Files you upload are processed locally in your browser. Grupoae LLC does not store, retain, or have access to your project files, schedule data, or claim information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your own data and for complying with any applicable NDA or confidentiality obligations before using this platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grupoae LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ClaimFlow or reliance on any output it generates, including but not limited to: lost claims, contract penalties, liquidated damages, legal costs, or business losses.

ClaimFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grupoae LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of ClaimFlow, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on platform outputs without independent professional verification.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

Grupoae LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ClaimFlow constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
